Creator terms of use
These are the rules for using Imodelly and sending an application.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Applying is free, but it does not guarantee an agency or income.
- You approve every introduction before your details are shared.
- Imodelly helps you find agencies, but it will not be your agency.

2. Imodelly service
Imodelly receives private applications, may request more information and may show you possible opportunities with independent agencies. Imodelly is not the agency that will manage your account and does not become a party to a later agreement between you and an agency. Applying is free for creators. Agencies may pay Imodelly under separate B2B terms for creator-approved introductions and/or success-based fees if a commercial relationship starts.
3. Adults only
Only persons aged 18 or older may use the service. We may request reasonable age or identity verification before any introduction.
4. Accurate application and photos
You must provide accurate, current information belonging to you. You may upload only photos you own or have permission to use. You may not impersonate another person or submit third-party content without permission. Do not submit nude or explicit media, passwords, banking documents, identity documents or private fan messages in the initial form.
5. Review and contact
Submitting an application does not require Imodelly to accept it, respond within a specific period or offer an agency. We may reject, pause or close applications because of lack of fit, false information, risk, abuse or breach of these terms.
6. Your approval before data sharing
Your application does not become a public profile and your details or photos are not sold as a list. Before sending identifying information, contact details or photos to a specific agency, Imodelly must show you the opportunity and obtain your approval. You may reject it without being required to accept another one.
7. Online-only service
Imodelly is limited to online content-creation and remote-management opportunities. It does not offer or arrange escorting or in-person sexual services.
8. Agreements with agencies
You and the agency are responsible for checking identity, reputation, terms, commission, duration, content rights, account access, tax obligations and termination options. Read any agreement before signing and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
9. No result guarantee
Imodelly does not guarantee an introduction, agency acceptance, growth, revenue, profit, subscriber numbers, continued availability of a platform or any specific commercial result.
10. Liability
Statutory liability under German law applies. Imodelly is not responsible for decisions, promises, agreements, payments, account management or conduct of independent agencies, except where Imodelly has its own statutory liability that cannot be excluded.
11. Ending use and deletion
You may withdraw your application or request deletion of data and photos by emailing imodelly.agency@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was received.
12. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in a consumer’s country of residence.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
