Scout privacy notice
This notice explains how Imodelly uses the data you submit when applying to join the Scout program.
- Your Scout application is private and is not published or sold.
- We do not want private creator lists or third-party personal data in your application.
- If you are approved, a referral code may be used to attribute creator applications to your link.
- The referral code does not give you access to a creator's private answers, photos or contact details.
- You can request access, correction or deletion of your data.

2. Data we process
When you apply to become a Scout, we may process your name, contact method and contact details, country, languages, experience type, experience description, approximate size of your adult-creator network, recruitment channels, referral estimate, optional notes, adult-age confirmation, compliance and privacy confirmations, application reference, review status, assigned referral code, internal notes needed to manage the relationship and application-related timestamps. We may also process limited technical data needed for security and repeat-submission prevention.
Do not include creator contact lists, private photos, documents, private conversations or other third-party personal data in the Scout form.
3. Why we use the data and legal basis
We use the data to review your application, assess whether the program is a suitable fit, contact you, prevent fraud or abuse, document decisions and, if approved, manage your link, attribution and possible rewards. Reviewing the application and taking requested steps before a possible partnership are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Security, abuse prevention, program integrity and necessary documentation are based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. How referral attribution works
Approved Scouts may receive a unique code. When a creator opens a link containing that code and later submits her own application, Imodelly may store the code alongside that application's internal reference so we can identify which Scout originated the referral. The creator still completes her own form, and the attribution system does not disclose her private answers, photos or contact details to the Scout.
5. Service providers and recipients
Vercel is used to host and deliver the website. Supabase is used to receive and store private applications and for security and attribution functions. Email services used by Imodelly may process the information needed to send application-related notices. If you choose Telegram or WhatsApp for contact, those services may process communication data under their own terms. We do not sell Scout applications or contact lists.
6. Retention
Rejected, inactive or non-partner Scout applications are normally reviewed for deletion within twelve months. If there is an active relationship, dispute, legal obligation or a reasonable need to document payments, fraud or claims, we may keep the necessary data for the applicable period. You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations that require certain records to be retained.
7. Transfers and security
Technical providers may process data from different countries. Where an international transfer is subject to the GDPR, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards are used. Imodelly restricts access to Scout applications and uses server validation, origin controls and repeat-submission protections. No security measure removes every risk.
8. Automated decisions
Admission to the Scout program is reviewed manually. We do not use a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects to accept or reject a Scout application.
9. Your rights
Where legal requirements are met, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email imodelly.agency@gmail.com and include your Scout reference where possible.
